This Safari buggy is in very good condition for its age and even comes with its original box. Its just rolling chassis without a motor or electronics, and therefore has never seen the road. (rear tires are sagging a bit due to age). There isnt a whole lot of information out there on this vehicle, but based on what I could find it might be the first hobby grade RC car to hit the market in the early seventies. Its originally set up to run with a nitro/gas powered engine and even has a brass fuel tank, however if you really wanted you could probably convert it to electric power, just keep in mind that the car weights over 7lbs.
